Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into property sales
• Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships
• Handle documentation, negotiations, and deal closures
• Coordinate with brokers and channel partners

Requirements:

• 2-3 years real estate sales experience (Must)
• Own bike/vehicle required (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of real estate documentation preferred
