2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop

    full-funnel marketing strategies

  • Align digital campaigns with

    business objectives, brand positioning, and customer journeys

  • Guide the

    development of messaging frameworks, creative concepts, and content strategies

    .
  • Plan and manage

    multi-channel marketing budgets

3. Paid Media & Growth Execution

  • Work alongside media buyers to

    optimize advertising strategies

    , but also leverage

    organic growth strategies

  • Oversee the

    execution of data-driven campaigns

    across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Integrate paid media efforts with

    organic, SEO, email marketing, and offline marketing

    for full-funnel impact.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Utilize Google Analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation platforms to

    track key business KPIs

  • Conduct

    campaign audits, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization

    to improve performance.
  • Provide

    monthly and quarterly performance reports

    with insights and recommendations.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and

    mentor a team of marketing executives, media buyers, and analysts

  • Oversee marketing operations, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
  • Coordinate with

    creative, content, and tech teams

    to align messaging and execution strategies.
  • Establish best practices in

    client communications, reporting, and marketing execution

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing strategy, performance marketing, and client management

    .
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing planning, including paid, SEO, CRM, and content marketing

    .
  • Strong

    analytical mindset

    with experience in

    Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM tools

    .
  • Excellent communication skills

    to manage client relationships and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor

    a team of marketing professionals.
  • Hands-on experience with

    budget planning, media optimization, and customer acquisition strategies

Knowledge of
