Job Description

Communication and coordination: Act as a point of contact, facilitate communication between team members and departments, and help resolve minor issues.  Scheduling and logistics: Organize and schedule team meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage logistics for events like seminars or conferences.  Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and preparing and organizing team documents and files.  Project and task management: Track project progress, monitor deadlines, assist with daily tasks, and compile status reports.  Process and team development: Assist in onboarding new team members, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the development of team strategies and procedures.  Data and reporting: Gather and analyze data, manage team workload capacity, and assist with reporting on key metrics.
