- 15 + years of experience in English language upskilling global program administration (end-to-end)
- Deep subject matter expertise in applied linguistics for adult language learning
- Exposure to working with cross-border global teams and operate with a culturally agile mindset to drive the xAC learner outcomes
- Scaling the program globally to cater to the language needs of the beginner to the mastery level
- Proven people management experience (managing language coaches)
- Creating or adapting course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to facilitate effective learning.
- Selecting and implementing appropriate teaching methodologies, including online, in-person, or blended learning approaches.
- Using data to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively (Project Management)
- Deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies and learning principles (Instructional Design)
