Key Result Areas for the Incumbent - Process Responsibilities § Coordinate with our external consultants in ensuring that deliverables of Tax Team are delivered in time. § Coordinate with our external consultants towards completion of state level assessments § Ensure all regular returns are submitted with accurate data and on a timely basis § Ensure that adequate checks are built in ERP to ensure that process breaks are mitigated § Regular MIS on reporting the progress of tax team delievrables § Co ordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditor as may be needed - People Management Responsibilities § 2 people directly reporting. Coordinating with other functions/ tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely execution of direct and indirect tax compliances Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role - Essential 1. Practive approach towards planning and executing key delievrables 2. Strong Compliance Mindset 3. Ability to look ahead and plan work 4. Attention to detail 5. Collaboration and team work Key Technical competencies required to perform this role - Essential 1. Excellent knowledge of direct and indirect taxation 2. Ability to understand the legal notices and engage with consultants 3. Good computer skills - ERP and MS Office 4. Good presentation skills - Desirable 1. Commercial knowledge 2.
