What would you do
Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee and review the various KPI’s and deliverables of the Quality testing team.Ensure all required controls are implemented, documented, and monitored to ensure full audit compliance43. * Obtain, analyze, and evaluate documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts to assess control effectiveness44.You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in determining financial outcomes by getting involved and leading team providing planning, forecasting, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard & Ad hoc management reports for region, brands, country, product, Service type etc., providing standardized/ad hoc and insightful level of analyses.Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships.This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.

Functional ExperienceManages day-to-day audit activities and coordinates between auditors and process owners.Leads Control Design & Remediation efforts to drive sustainable control improvements and timely remediation.Ensures policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards and are consistently followed.CommunicationCommunicates control issues and audit findings clearly to management and clients.Confidently presents risk and control concepts and delivers training to process teams.Maintains effective communication with line management and team members.Transformation / Ops ImprovementIdentifies process gaps and drives new processes or automation to enhance internal controls.Implements changes to strengthen internal controls and financial integrity.Identifies key operational areas and supports major process improvement initiatives.ToolsFamiliar with GRC platforms for control oversight and tracking.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for advanced analysis and reporting.Experienced with SAP for control testing and data extraction.NA
