Key Responsibilities:

BEPS Pillar 2 Implementation & Advisory

Provide insight and execution support related to Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Pillar 2 regulations and global minimum tax impact analysis.

DTAA and International Tax Advisory

Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA)

Tax Audits & Compliance

tax audit processes

Transfer Pricing

Support in transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and compliance, including preparing transfer pricing reports and assisting during audits.

Income Tax Returns (ITR) Filing

accurate and timely filing of corporate income tax returns

Tax Notice Handling & Litigation Support

tax notices

TDS Compliance & Query Resolution

TDS-related queries

Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) Computation

FTC workings

Assessment & Appeals

assessment proceedings

Tax Refund Management

corporate tax refunds

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
7–8 years of
post-qualification experience
in domestic and international tax matters
Strong technical understanding of Indian Income Tax Act, DTAA, OECD guidelines, and BEPS action plans
Proficient in
advisory, compliance, audit, and litigation
aspects of taxation
Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
This role is a 9 months contract role
Immediate joiners is preferred.
