Role Overview: You will be part of a dynamic and professional CA firm, P S BATH & ASSOCIATES, assisting startups and corporates in the fields of taxation, audit, and startup consultancy. Your role will involve working in GST, Income Tax, Audit & Assessments, ROC Filings & Company Incorporations, Startup Consultancy & Corporate Advisory, and Accounts Overview. Key Responsibilities: - Handle GST related tasks including filing returns and compliance - Assist in Income Tax calculations, assessments, and audits - Manage ROC Filings, Company Incorporations, and other legal formalities - Provide startup consultancy and corporate advisory services - Oversee Accounts Overview and financial statements preparation Qualifications Required: - CA Finalist, CA Inter, or B.Com graduate - 1-2 years of experience preferred, freshers can also apply - Strong knowledge in taxation, audit, and company law - Motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field Please note that the company is located in Kota, Rajasthan.
