Tax Associate Manager

As a Tax Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing the loans and advances between trading or non-trading intercompany partners as part of Intercompany Loan Management. You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, assisting in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your role will involve: - End to End understanding of Regulatory Reporting activities, Group-wide financial and tax reporting - Extensive experience in both Statutory and Tax audit - Indepth understanding of Treasury function - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Team Handling Skills - Support SOX audits and governance reporting requirements - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) - Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, US GAAP) and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with the treasury, risk management, and audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements In this role, you will analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, and adapt existing methods and procedures. You will interact with direct supervisors, team leads, peers, and management levels at clients or within Accenture. You are expected to require minimal guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your responsibilities will include managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts, ensuring process controls are in place, performing Root Cause Analysis, proposing process improvement ideas, and reviewing process dashboards and visual management displays regularly. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant/Cost And Works Accountant/Master of Business Administration with 10 to 14 years of experience. Experience working in a BPO environment or outsourcing setting, SAP/Oracle experience, excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail and accuracy are also essential.,
