Your expertise in proactive sourcing, candidate screening, and building a robust talent pipeline will be crucial in meeting the organization's hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, WorkIndia, Apna ), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), professional networks, and industry-specific forums to identify potential candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
