Your responsibilities will include utilizing various sourcing techniques, driving initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Your role will involve innovating, collaborating across functions, and delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques - Self-starter with a passion for enhancing individual and organizational effectiveness, a willingness to learn the intricacies of recruiting, and a growth mindset that motivates you to take initiative - Alignment with Glean's mission and enthusiasm for the product - Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience - Experience in hiring for Start-ups would be advantageous Key Responsibilities: - Source top talent for Engineering and Non-Engineering roles - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the recruiting process - Improve technical interviews - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline - Ensure an outstanding candidate experience - Drive initiatives for innovation and creation Additional Company Details: Glean was founded by a team of former Google search and Facebook engineers who identified a need for technical depth and AI expertise in the enterprise sector.
