Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our fast-growing global team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing and pre-screening candidates , preferably for international markets such as the UAE, Africa, UK, or Europe . This role requires someone who is research-driven , detail-oriented , and passionate about identifying top talent through advanced sourcing techniques and tools. Key Responsibilities Partner with the recruitment team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Build and manage candidate pipelines for mid to senior-level roles across multiple geographies. Conduct Boolean, X-ray, and LinkedIn Recruiter searches to identify top talent globally. Engage with candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms to assess interest and suitability. Maintain candidate data and status updates in the ATS/CRM. Generate weekly sourcing reports and dashboards highlighting sourcing performance and conversion metrics. Research global talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends. Support in talent mapping projects , market intelligence reports , and diversity hiring initiatives . Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in sourcing, research, or talent acquisition support. Prior exposure to international markets (UAE, GCC, Africa, or Europe) preferred. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings , and sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo, HireEZ, ZoomInfo, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and able to prepare simple sourcing dashboards or trackers.
