What You'll Do
Act as astrategic partner to key hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals to fulfill criticaltalentneeds
Close critical roleswithin the designated Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring timely recruitment for high-priority positions
Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches
Expand the use ofjob portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc to maximize recruitment reach
Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs
Specialize inheadhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles
Manage relationships withmultiple hiring vendors,ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions< /span>
You create interest among potential candidates to drive talent to the organization
You can build relationships and a good network to enable a strong pipeline of candidates
Effectively headhunt from competitors for critical positions of the organization
