The Purpose, Role Definition, and Requirements: We are looking for a Talent Research Analyst to join our corporate recruitment team. This role is pivotal in conducting strategic talent mapping, sourcing top candidates, owning the recruitment lifecycle for the US market. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for discovering exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify and map talent pools across North America. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs. Source and screen high-quality candidates using tools such as LinkedIn RPS, job boards, Boolean searches, and internal databases. Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job description, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiations and closure. Prepare and share daily and weekly reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline health updates. Update and maintain journals on ATS. Accurately enter new requisitions into the system and initiate necessary workflows. Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and support their hiring needs. Coordinate with internal team members to manage recruitment projects and share insights. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through consistent and timely communication. Ideal candidate: 1-2 years' experience in corporate recruiting or experience working in an executive search firm. Strong talent sourcing background Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in LinkedIn RPS, Boolean search, ATS and basic Microsoft office tools. (excel, PowerPoint word) Clarity of thought and strong attention to detail. Team player
