Talent Operations Analyst

As a Talent Operations Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues across all areas of the business and managing the operations and logistics of virtual classroom and face-to-face sessions delivery. Your proficiency in using learning management systems like Workday for reporting, attendance tracking, and session creation will be crucial. Additionally, your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint will enable you to analyze data and present findings professionally. Your role will also involve operational planning, delivery management, people management, and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the business - Manage operations and logistics of virtual classroom and face-to-face sessions delivery - Proficient in using learning management systems like Workday for reporting, attendance tracking, and session creation - Analyze data using Excel and PowerPoint to present findings - Plan and manage operations delivery - Manage people and drive process improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Relevant Project Management Office qualification - Operational excellence skills - Relevant Learning & Development (CIPD) qualification This role is based out of Pune and operates on UK region shift timings. **Purpose of the Role:** To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni, and third-party vendors. **Accountabilities:** - Deliver HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys - On- and offboarding of new employees - Maintain colleague data in HR information systems - Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures As an Analyst, you are expected to perform activities in a timely and high-quality manner, demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge and experience. You will lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development and allocating work requirements.
