Talent Operations Analyst

As a Talent Operations Analyst at our company based out of Pune, your role will involve collaborating with colleagues across all areas of the business to manage operations and logistics of virtual classroom and face-to-face sessions delivery. You will need to be experienced and proficient in using learning management systems like Workday for reporting, attendance tracking, and session creation. Additionally, you should be highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation, possess operational planning and delivery management skills, and have the ability to manage people and drive process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the business - Manage operations and logistics of virtual classroom and face-to-face sessions delivery - Use learning management systems like Workday for reporting, attendance tracking, and session creation - Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings - Plan and manage operational delivery - Manage people and drive process improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni, and third-party vendors. Your accountabilities will include executing HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys, on- and offboarding of new employees, maintenance of colleague data in HR information systems, and providing guidance on HR-related queries. Additional Details: - This role will be based out of Pune. - The shift timings are based on the UK region. As an Analyst in this role, you are expected to perform activities in a timely manner with high standards, demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your area of expertise. You will lead and supervise a team, guide professional development, and coordinate resources. Your responsibilities also include partnering with other functions, taking ownership of operational activities, and advising on decision-making within your expertise area.
