Job Description

As a seasoned recruitment leader, your role will involve driving scalable, client-centric talent delivery across India. This position requires a combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and client partnership to facilitate business growth. - Design and lead delivery frameworks that are in alignment with business goals - Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for IT, non-IT, and niche roles - Mentor and scale high-performing recruitment teams - Focus on driving client satisfaction, adherence to SLAs, and fostering strategic account growth - Standardize workflows, optimize recruitment metrics, and implement automation where possible - Utilize ATS/CRM platforms and analytics to make data-driven decisions In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - 12-15 years of experience in staffing/recruitment delivery, with a preference for experience with Captives/GCCs - Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large-scale hiring and distributed teams - Strong ability to engage with clients and a strategic mindset towards delivery - Proficiency in working with ATS/CRM tools, recruitment analytics, and various sourcing platforms - A degree in HR or Management at the Graduate or Post-Graduate level; with a minimum of 6-8 years experience in managing managers/leads.,
