As the Director of Sales Operations at Sycurio, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing revenue performance for our India operations. Working closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations, you will streamline workflows, implement data-driven decision-making, and ensure that our sales teams not only meet but exceed their targets. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales operations strategies that align with our business objectives, optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency and revenue growth, collaborating with leadership to define sales goals, quotas, and forecasting models, leading sales reporting, data analysis, and pipeline management to provide valuable insights, tracking KPIs to ensure accountability for sales teams, identifying market trends, customer insights, and areas for improvement, overseeing CRM HubSpot implementation and optimization, leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to improve sales productivity, standardizing workflows to reduce bottlenecks in the sales cycle, developing accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and growth strategies, working closely with finance to manage sales budgets and resource allocation, aligning with marketing on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention, partnering with HR to develop sales training and enablement programs, and collaborating with product and customer success teams to enhance client experiences. The ideal candidate for this role will have 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy, with proven leadership in a fast-growing SaaS, IT, or B2B organization. You should have expertise in Hubspot, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities, and experience working in the US, UK, and Canada Market with a deep understanding of regional sales dynamics. Preferred qualifications include experience in scaling high-growth tech/SaaS businesses in India, familiarity with AI-driven sales automation and predictive analytics, and an MBA or equivalent qualification in business, sales, or operations.,
