Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? We're looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist (Third Party Role) to drive our recruitment success!

Talent Attraction Specialist:

1. Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various online channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify potential candidates
Execute targeted search campaigns to build both active and passive candidate pipelines

2.Candidate Engagement:

Engage with potential candidates through strategic communication and marketing initiatives
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

3.Employer Branding:

Plan and execute employer branding activities, such as social media posts, events, and meetups.
Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

4.Collaboration with TA team:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic business objectives

5.Interview and Selection Procedures:

Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews and coordination

6.Utilization of Technology Tools:

Expertise in applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
A degree in Engineering is highly preferred, although degrees in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields will be considered.
Experience :
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing or a related field is required.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
