Job Description

Description We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in recruitment. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizational goals. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain up-to-date candidate records. Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salary packages with candidates. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping candidates find their fit. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
