Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, and play a key role in helping us build a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews
• Assist in writing and posting job descriptions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain hiring metrics and provide reports to management

Requirements:

• Masters Degree related to field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
