Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for different roles (Tech).

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes to match job descriptions and shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.

  • Maintain and update candidate database (ATS/Excel).

  • Support in employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates).

  • Help in creating job descriptions and posting them across relevant platforms.


    Requirements
    • 0-2 years of experience.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
