It has its branches spread to 5 offices, providing employment to more than 9,000 people all over the world. They fall in the Fortune 500 Companies. Their core business is designing, manufacturing and marketing of products for end-to-end transmissions.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for...


  • Managing the recruitment process end to end
  • Keeping an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers
  • Verifying job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the positions requirements and attract talents to the company
  • Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organizations-culture and strategy
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels
  • Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments
  • Running regular updates to hiring managers
  • Engaging with Senior Stakeholders
  • Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision
  • Proposing employment offers in line with the company guidelines
  • Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
  • Fostering long-term relationships with candidates
  • Designing and implementing innovative TA strategies for effective candidate sourcing
  • Developing strategic staffing plans aligned with business priorities


What you already have...


  • Minimum 7 year’s experience in recruiting for manufacturing or niche hiring along with commercial hiring.
  • Must have experience in recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands-on
  • Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Experience with headhunting for mid-level positions
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Has a strong passion and desire to make a difference
  • Growth mindset and learning agility
  • Should have a recognized Masters / Bachelors degree
  • Proficient MS Excel
