As a Researcher, you will... • Headhunt for candidates via phone calls, LinkedIn & job portals (10%) • Approach candidates to procure their resumes and understand more about their role. • Understand the job description for roles. • Conduct research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates. What you already are/have... • Excellent communication and interaction skills. • Good research abilities. • A team player. • Ability to handle pressure & targets. • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts). • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
