Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across diverse roles and

functions at Airlearn. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from

sourcing and screening to offer management—while ensuring a seamless and engaging

experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate is proactive, detailoriented, and passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective

sourcing strategies.

  • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex,

Boolean search, referrals, and other relevant tools.

  • Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment data and share key insights (time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio,

source effectiveness).

  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Drive strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen Airlearn’s talent presence

in the market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA HR preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter,

and Boolean search.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven hiring practices.
