As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arihant Kohinoor, Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur, your role involves managing end-to-end bulk hiring for both IT & Non-IT roles, especially in B2C or startup environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Independently managing end-to-end bulk hiring processes. - Sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates from various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals. - Coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate smooth interview processes. - Building and nurturing a candidate pipeline for future requirements. - Leading a small hiring team when necessary. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - At least 3 years of recruitment experience. - Demonstrated success in bulk/volume hiring. - Previous experience working with B2C/startup companies such as Swiggy, Zomato, or UrbanClap. - Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities. - Experience in team handling would be an added advantage. Apart from the above details, the role offers a competitive salary ranging from 50,000 to 60,000 per month, along with benefits like PF & ESIC. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays off.,
