Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Pune with some work from home acceptable. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. The role includes developing employer branding strategies, maintaining recruiting processes, and ensuring the best candidate experience.

Experience-2 to 6 years

• Interviewing and Hiring skills
• Employer Branding skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the Non Tech and Tech hiring is a Must.
• Bachelor's degree and MBA in Human Resources, Business, or related field
