Location Preferred: Vijayawada (High Preference) | Hyderabad

Are you a passionate recruiter with experience in US Staffing? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vijayawada

• Drive full-cycle recruitment across US Healthcare, IT/Non-IT, and Bench Sales
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ensure timely closures
• Source, screen, and manage candidates via job boards, referrals, and networking
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
• Track key recruitment metrics and share progress with management

• 3+ years of experience in

  US Staffing

  , especially

  US Healthcare recruitment (Mandatory)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Any graduate with proven recruitment experience

• Location: Vijayawada – Highly Preferred
