KeyResponsibilities:
👉Proactively source potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
👉Interpret and analyse job descriptions to understand technical and role-specific needs.
👉Conduct initial screening, assessments, and evaluations to shortlist relevant candidates.
👉Coordinate interview logistics with internal teams and external candidates.
👉Manage and update candidate records to streamline the recruitment workflow.
👉Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
👉Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Required Skills:
👉A bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or IT specialization preferred).
👉1–2 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring.
👉Proficient in using recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
👉Strong understanding of various IT job functions including Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
👉Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
👉Capable of managing multiple job requisitions and meeting tight deadlines.
