Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and hold a qualification of Any graduate and above. This position is based in Rajkot, Gujarat. As a part of the Leadership hiring team, your responsibilities will include working on junior to medium level mandates, reducing time to hire (TAT), optimizing hiring costs, and delivering top leadership talent for Emipro. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, sourcing candidates, maintaining a potential database, coordinating with recruitment managers, managing job postings, and representing Emipro at various annual events and academic institutes. Additionally, you will assist in the interview process, prepare/update job descriptions, handle pre-joining/post-joining formalities, and coordinate different sources of hiring like Campus hiring and Job fairs. The ideal candidate should possess prior recruitment experience, excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge and understanding of various IT terminologies are essential. An MBA in HR and Under-graduation in a technology background is preferred. Having 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition roles in IT/ITES companies would be an added advantage. Overall, you must maintain a proactive and innovative approach to attract talent to Emipro, keep yourself updated with all the platforms utilized by Emipro, and contribute effectively to the recruitment process.,
