Management Trainee - Business Analysis

As a Management Trainee in our ERP Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Business Analysts and Project Managers in the seamless delivery of ERP projects for our global enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to learn Odoo ERP thoroughly and understand its various business management applications, such as Sales, Purchase, CRM, Manufacturing, Procurement, eCommerce, Accounting & Finance, etc. This knowledge will enable you to provide enhanced customer support and contribute to the growth of our organization. You will collaborate closely with our business analyst team to analyze and comprehend Emipro's day-to-day business operations and our customers" business requirements. By studying the current business processes and suggesting improvements, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of ERP solutions. Additionally, you will assist in documenting customer requirements, preparing business requirement documents, and identifying functional bugs in our solutions. In this role, you will also be involved in a variety of tasks, including updating documents, preparing user manuals, assisting in the preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) documents, and supporting the project delivery team in creating presentations. Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills will be essential in effectively responding to customer queries and providing administrative support to our managers. To excel in this position, you must possess a process-oriented mindset, be self-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as excellent time management and presentation skills are also required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are key attributes that will contribute to your success as a Management Trainee.
