Management Trainee - Business Analysis

You are a motivated, self-organized, and enthusiastic Management Trainee who will be joining the ERP Implementation team. Your role will involve assisting Business Analysts and Project Managers in delivering ERP projects for global enterprise customers. You will undergo comprehensive training to progress to higher management positions within the company, such as an ERP functional consultant. Working closely with the business analyst team, you will document and validate customer business requirements and map them to Odoo ERP software functionalities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Learn Odoo ERP features and functionalities for various business management applications - Analyze and understand Emipro's day-to-day business operations - Study customers" current business processes and propose improvements - Assist in collecting information on customer requirements and preparing business requirement documents - Gain industry knowledge in various business domains and best practices - Support executives and managers with various tasks such as document updates and preparing business requirements - Provide administrative assistance to Managers including data entry in the internal ERP system - Assist in writing user manuals for products and solutions - Help in preparing detailed scope of work resulting from personalization sessions with customers - Support the project delivery team in preparing presentations - Conduct Odoo ERP functional testing with different business scenarios - Proactively identify functional bugs, suggest resolutions, and maintain testing schedules - Respond to customer support queries in a timely and accurate manner **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing MBA in International Business, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, etc. - Freshers can also apply The ideal candidate for this role should have a process-oriented mindset, be self-organized, detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, have problem-solving abilities, proficient in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, demonstrate time management skills, have a positive attitude, and exhibit analytical abilities.,
