Job Summary:


As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for Data Engineering and Data Science roles. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. you will ensure a seamless candidate experience and attracting top talent to support our data-driven initiatives. Additionally, you will track, manage, and report on recruitment data daily, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process.


Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid.

Contractual Role


Key Responsibilities:


End-to-End Recruitment:


  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact through to the offer stage and onboarding.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process
  • as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Sourcing & Recruiting:


  • Source and attract qualified candidates for Data Engineering and Data Science roles through

various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.


Interview Management:


  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, team, and job role.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent Communication and Articulation skills
  • Experience level 4-7yrs
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly for technical roles .
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and interview coordination.
