• Contribute to policy development and process improvement

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in an IT company)
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
• Trustworthy, empathetic, and proactive in team building
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
