Designation : Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract role for 6 months) Work Experience - 6 months + (Freshers with excellent communication skills and internship experience in Recruitment shall be considered) Location- Salem And Tiruchirappalli. Roles & Responsibilities: To understand the client requirement and plan for batch formation To check and request for database needed for batch formation To call, convince and schedule face to face interview for eligible and interested candidates To counsel and shortlist eligible profiles for GTT screening, Training and the client evaluation process To prepare daily report and share with the Team To update and maintain project trackers as per the timeline To connect with college a Team and schedule campus or off campus interview To handle day to day center walk-ins for batch formation Familiar to access job portals - to post ads, fitter profiles etc.
