Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions
Handle hiring mandates across
non-tech, corporate, and media functions
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals
Conduct candidate assessments and share relevant profiles with clients
Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines
Deliver timely closures across multiple mandates

Preferred candidate profile

24 years of hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Prior exposure to
media industry hiring
is a strong advantage
Proven track record in
non-tech / corporate hiring
Familiarity with job boards, Boolean search, and sourcing strategies
Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-mandate environment
