Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions
  • Handle hiring mandates across

    non-tech, corporate, and media functions

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals
  • Conduct candidate assessments and share relevant profiles with clients
  • Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Deliver timely closures across multiple mandates

Preferred candidate profile

  • 24 years of hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Prior exposure to

    media industry hiring

    is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in

    non-tech / corporate hiring

  • Familiarity with job boards, Boolean search, and sourcing strategies
  • Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-mandate environment
