Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

1. Reach out to different client companies HRs and managers and build relations for future job opportunities
2. Reach out to client HRs to understand their specific requirements for the referrals
3. Search for the best job opportunities for the paid customers seeking jobs
4. Schedule calls throughout the recruitment cycle to (Verify key details (availability, notice period, salary expectation, module expertise)
5. Lead end-to-end referral process for candidates
6. Create a “hot list” of candidates available to join immediately or actively looking
7. Connect with Recruiters on behalf of OEG (on Linkedin and other platforms)
8. Maintain proper data on all the applications received.
9. Maintain systematized follow up on the applications for all stages of referral.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality of job seekers' profiles and any other data.
11. Help Job Seekers with Resume preparation assistance.
12. Find various job openings within the required industries.
13. Any other sundry work as required from time to time.

Requirements

1. Proven expertise in HR operations (specifically recruitment)
2. Experience in Recruitment Software (Zoho Recruit is a plus)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment role.
5. In-depth understanding of staffing and recruitment industry.
6. In-depth understanding of recruitment process for Oracle ERP Consultants.
7. Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules etc is a big plus.
