Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding
Strong understanding of industry-specific roles and technical skill sets
Stakeholder management: collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders
Drive volume and niche hiring with effective recruitment strategies
Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure adherence to TATs and quality standards
Manage vendor relationships and job board utilization

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment
