Talent Acquisition Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific roles and technical skill sets
  • Stakeholder management: collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Drive volume and niche hiring with effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure adherence to TATs and quality standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and job board utilization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment
  • Prior experience hiring for heavy industries or EPC/PMC clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
