Job Description

Job Title

  • Sourcing & Recruitment: (Primary)

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract/ recruit qualified candidates for open positions.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels,

      Naukri, LinkedIn

      including online job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and skills assessments.
    • Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding:

    • Negotiate and extend competitive offers to candidates.
    • Manage the onboarding/ Documentation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyse key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Maintaining Recruitment Dashboards
    • Generate reports and presentations to communicate talent acquisition performance and trends.
    • Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
  • HR Generalist Activities

    • Will assist with HR generalist tasks as needed, such as employee relations, PMS, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Training & Development.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant HR laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel & PowerPoint, MS OFFICE, AI orientation.

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Recruitment/ HR Generalist
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of the

    full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 6 days Working.
