Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in the Banking sector. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on bulk hiring (75%) and operations roles (25%), while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and strong stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    lifecycle — from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
  • Drive

    bulk and recurring hiring

    across banking and operational functions.
  • Source profiles effectively using

    Naukri and LinkedIn

    as key channels.
  • Conduct

    screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination

    with hiring managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and trackers using

    Excel

    and internal systems (ATS).
  • Handle

    offer rollouts, onboarding formalities

    , and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Participate in

    team discussions, HR planning meetings

    , and provide timely hiring updates.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and maintain data accuracy in reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience

    in

    Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

    (preferably in Banking or Fintech).
  • Proven experience in

    bulk hiring

    and

    operations recruitment

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Naukri

    and

    LinkedIn sourcing

    .
  • Proficient in

    Excel

    (data tracking, reports, dashboards).
  • Strong

    communication, coordination, and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Exposure to

    onboarding and HR coordination

    processes.
