Key Responsibilities

  for talent research, pipeline building, and outreach.
• Maintain and optimize

  to ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective

  hiring strategies

• Conduct

  competency-based interviews and assessments

  to ensure quality hires.
• Stay updated on

  market trends and talent landscapes

  to provide insights and recommendations.
• Drive initiatives for

  employer branding and candidate engagement

Key Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of

  talent acquisition experience

  with a focus on

  headhunting and niche role hiring

  .
• Expertise in

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  and hands-on experience with

  ATS systems

  .
• Proven ability to source and engage

  passive candidates

  across industries.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, dynamic environment

  with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of

  market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping
