Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and Train AI Models: Design, build, and train machine learning models, including GANs, VAEs, and other generative models. Develop and fine-tune models for NLP, computer vision, audio generation, and other AI tasks. Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure it is suitable for training AI models. Implement datam augmentation techniques to enhance the quality and diversity of the training dataset. Algorithm Development: Develop and implement algorithms for optimizing AI models. Research and experiment with different architectures and methods to improve model performance. Integration and Deployment: Integrate AI models into production systems and applications. Deploy models to cloud platforms or edge devices as required. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of AI models using appropriate metrics. Analyze results and iterate on model improvements to achieve desired outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Document the development process, including data sources, model architecture, algorithms, and evaluation metrics. Prepare and present reports on model performance and project progress to stakeholders. Ethical AI Practices: Ensure that AI models adhere to ethical standards and guidelines, minimizing bias and promoting fairness. Implement content moderation and safeguard measures to prevent the generation of harmful or inappropriate content. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Attend conferences, read research papers, and participate in professional development activities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge. Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify and solve complex problems using innovative AI solutions. Propose and implement creative ideas to leverage generative AI for various applications and industries. Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Implement A/B testing and other validation techniques to assess the real-world performance of AI solutions. Feedback Incorporation: Collect and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to improve AI models and applications. Iterate on model development based on user needs and project requirements. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java. o Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. o Experience with NLP tools and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Gensim. o Familiarity with computer vision libraries like OpenCV. o Understanding of big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark. o Knowledge of AI generative models, including GANs and VAEs. Mathematics and Statistics: o Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability & statistics. Domain Knowledge: o Understanding of the Financial Services industry and its specific challenges. o Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development.
