Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for key qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports to measure hiring performance and suggest improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
