Company: Mahabir Danwar Jewellers Pvt Ltd Location: City Centre, Saltlake Position : ATL/ BTL Manager Industry: Jewellery No of Vacancy : 1 Only Male Preferred Job Description: ATL (Above The Line) Marketing: Develop and manage mass media campaigns including TV, radio, print, cinema, and OOH (out-of-home) advertising. Coordinate with creative and media agencies for campaign strategy, execution, and performance tracking. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all ATL platforms. Track campaign metrics like TRPs, GRPs, impressions, and reach. BTL (Below The Line) Marketing: Plan and execute in-store activation, exhibitions, trunk shows, roadshows, retail promotions, and customer engagement programs. Develop city-specific and store-specific marketing plans to increase footfall and conversion rates. Manage POS branding, visual merchandising, and local sponsorship or collaborations. Ensure ROI-driven planning for offline campaigns. Budgeting & Coordination: Develop and manage annual ATL & BTL marketing budgets. Liaise with internal sales and retail teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing supports product launches, festive campaigns, and regional strategies.
