Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Search for qualified candidates through various channels.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company as a great place to work.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management:
• Negotiate job offers and salaries.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.
• Onboarding:
• Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Support new employee orientation and integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
