Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other channels.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation.
  
• Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  
• Conduct background verification and manage onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or relevant HR roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools.
  
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
