Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical hospital positions.
  
• Conduct preliminary screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads for selection.
  
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined SLAs.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reports for management review.
  
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer roll-outs, and joining formalities.
  
• Support employer branding activities to attract top healthcare talent.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory norms during hiring.
  

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.
  

• Mandatory:

  Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience

  in the hospital industry

• Proven track record of hiring for multispecialty hospitals (clinical, paramedical, and support roles).
  
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
