Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions such as marketing, visual merchandising, creative and other non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience hiring across junior to mid-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and employee referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within company guidelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with HR operations for offer rollout and onboarding formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of market trends and salary benchmarks for non-IT roles
