Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of the staffing function through the development and implementation of staffing programs in an assigned business unit/department. Your primary focus will be in one geography, where you will work with management teams to conduct recruiting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Source, select, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within assigned service areas, business units, or departments using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies. - Write job postings, review applications, and conduct interviews to gather information about applicants" work history, education, skills, and salary requirements. - Coordinate job advertising in various media and establish contacts with colleges, universities, and other organizations to identify potential candidates. - Collaborate with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates, utilizing online recruiting sources. - Meet with business leaders to establish staffing objectives, provide training on recruiting and selection processes, and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines. - Stay updated on market trends impacting the company's ability to attract candidates, coordinate salary offer considerations with the compensation team, and provide timely employee-related information to management. - Assist in meeting financial targets and supporting business development activities as needed. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist roles. - Sound knowledge of legislation related to the recruiting process. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. - Understanding of the commercial environment and market trends. - Customer service orientation, discretion, and confidentiality. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and establish effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.,
