Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Infrastructure Industry)

Location: Head Office, Hyderabad

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the infrastructure industry to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for construction, engineering, and project management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the infrastructure sector.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry events.
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
Manage and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Experience with bulk hiring and technical recruitment.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
